        The fact you are charging a premium rate number for customer services is absolutely and utterly disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. 08719 number should be replaced with a 0800. I had problems with your hotel now have to be put on hold paying a premium rate!. This will be reported to Trading standards and the Financial conduct authority
