    After months of deciding which bike to get I decided to go for a Honda hornet from Blade. Was seen by Annie-May, who helped me through the process and made it a smooth experience. Stacey, who helped me on collection day, made me feel at ease on what is naturally quite a nervous moment. Would definitely deal with these guys again and am looking forward to more memorable moments riding on the hornet.

    Disappointing and untrustworthy. I recently visited a motorcycle servicing centre for routine maintenance. Even though I live in Bristol I travelled 40 miles for service as I originally purchased motorcycle from Blade Swindon. The unprofessional behaviour of the technicians and their untrustworthy outlook left me feeling extremely disappointed. The technicians made a video on service outline all is green however when it came to do the MOT, they flipped and said the front fork/seal is broken and is leaking, whereas clearly technician recorded themselves saying the words "fork/seal is good". When I asked why is there a discrepancies in service and MOT, they brushed me off with vague and unhelpful responses, "technician just missed it". How can they just miss it? what else was missed? It was evident that they were not willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with the service provided. I have felt cheated and I believe there's no need for fork/seal fix - they clearly ripping their customers off. Given they failed the MOT I had to get it done as it was now on paper, I would highly recommend not getting your service done here.
