Great family cottage for 12 or more people. It is deceptively spacious with ample facilities for the younger members when the weather is not so kind. The cottage is within easy reach of the M4 and also the main route to the Cotswolds. Swindon is reasonably close for shopping and unexpected motoring problem....but not too close. The pool is as warm as bath water and the childrens play fort is great fun when the weather is dry. A must to visit is Rove's Childrens Farm just 5 minutes away and also a walk along the Thames at Lechlade. We will certainly recommend this cottage.

stayed with friends (5 adults, 7 kids & 2 dogs) over Christmas 22 and was not disappointed. It didnt go as planned as 4 of the adults got ill but still had an amazing time. Garden is great, house is beautiful & well equipped, games room & pool were amazing- kids & adults loved it. The journey to the house isnt great and you start to worry how close the industrial units are but once youre there you could be in the middle of nowhere as its surrounded by fields out the back, and woods at the front. Definately recommend & would love to return in the summer.

Lovely cottage, well stocked with all that you will need. Plenty of space for all of the family and lots to do even when the weather is awful like it was when we stayed in November. The pool is kept at a really warm 30 degrees and the separate games room gave us peace and quiet from our boys. The cottage is quite rural but within easy reach of Swindon and the small pretty town of Highworth so shopping was no problem. We visited Lechlade, Burford and spent a happy day pre-Christmas shopping at the Swindon Designer Outlet Centre which is huge and all under cover. We would certainly recommend this place but a word of warning. We booked through VRBO and they charge a big commission so book direct and save yourself a good few hundred pound
