Just checked out of willow lodge, it was beautiful! The lodge was clean on arrival with plenty of room and the hamper was a great touch - the chocolate biscuits will be going on my shopping list! Only down side was that it went too fast!! Look forward to staying again in the future :-)

I have stayed at Waterlily Lodge 3 times in the last year and cannot fault it! The accommodation is modern, spotless and has everything you need. They also leave a little welcome hamper with a card which is a lovely, thoughtful touch and includes coffee pods, biscuits and info regarding the park and activities. The lodge is in a great location with only a short walk to the main entertainment centre, restaurant and swimming pool. The hot tub is ready to use when you check in and is maintained every day. Hi-Properties are friendly and easy to contact if you need to and really make you feel welcome! Cannot wait to return and highly recommend to everyone!

We had a lovely few days staying in Waterlily Lodge. Very clean & comfortable, all the mod cons! We loved the hot tub & the park facilities. The only thing that could be improved is the communication. Having booked in April, I heard nothing until I made contact a week before my stay. Then the details of arrival were not sent until 9pm the night before we were due to arrive! I tried to make contact through the whole day without success. This was not ideal!
