        Wow, wow, wow. Visited the shop this morning and what a treat to have fantastic customer service. I felt so welcomed and both members of staff were so pleasant. Other stores in the outlet could learn a thing or two from these two. Thanks for such a lovely shopping experience. Jules

        Fantastic service by a lady called Winnie, went above and beyond in helping me and i think i ended up buying more than i went in to get but then i am a bag fan! highly recommend popping in.

        I came into the Swindon shop and was greeted by a lovely lady who later I realised was the manager Mandy such a helpful friendly woman helped me purchase a bag for my daughter and gave me excellent service cant thank her enough.
