Thank you Jason and Chris! I can't recommend this salon enough. Jason coloured my ever greying hair and it's stunning and looks really natural. And Chris gave me a restyle to suit my face, a long, shaggy bob, which I love! Not only was the service amazing, but the whole experience was really nice.The salon is beautiful and feels very calming. I came away feeling like a new person. I will definitely be coming back!! Its always a bit daunting using a new hairdresser for the first time, particularly when youre a bit fussy like me . Ive thick long blonde highlighted hair and have had enough bad experiences elsewhere to know its not always easy or straightforward to get the colour right. But, oh my god, I shouldnt have worried. Jay & Chris are just so lovely and clearly very experienced and knowledgable. Despite them being very modest, their london experience working with celebs and household name stylists is clear to see. The salon is also gorgeous in a really quirky refreshing way. The pics on here just dont do it justice. You can tell theyve impeccable taste and every part of the salon feels well thought out and considered for both comfort, beauty & functionality. I loved it. The gorgeous freshly baked pastries were a much appreciated & unexpected treat as well As for the colour Jay did, well its just stunning. Im honestly so happy with it and will have no hesitation in going back to get a full head done next time. And then Chris did my blow dry and curls which again, looks amazing.. oh and on top of that, my hair is seriously shiny in a way it isnt usually after a trip to the hairdresser. Another added bonus. All in all, Id highly recommend this salon. Its different and slightly quirky, but in the very best way and I, for one, cant wait to return. Thank you so much guys Services: Blowdry, Hair coloring

I was let down twice over two weeks, prior to flying out. Patch tested on the 25th of March and since then two appointments were cancelled on the day, once blaming the postal strike "they didn't deliver the colour" - which sounded really odd, as I hadn't indicated what colour I was going to have. Did they completely run out of all colours? How did they stay open in a hairdresser with zero colours available? And today again, because the colourist went home as he wasn't feeling well. Both times I only found out as I phoned at lunchtime to confirm appointment time. Both time they told me they had been trying to call me, when no missed calls on my mobile from them whatsoever... Flying out tomorrow and I won't find anywhere where they will colour my hair now without a recent skin patch test. Thank you, 4 Theatre Square. Massive let down, in the most unprofessional way.
