Personal Traineer (Gemma) was very rude. I was with my friend. Since, his finger print were not taken. I call a member of staff for help. When she arrived i requested her to help my friend. She said you have to come during weekdays to take your finger print. The way she spoke to us was so rude that i don't want to response to her. Honestly, we don't deserved that nor anyone who come to the gym deserves that kind of treatment from staff. Later on i met Asst Manager and asked for his help and everything was sorted out.
