Super clean, great equipment and wondeful trainers that can handle multiple long term injuries (even during busy classes). Lisa and the team make you feel welcomed as part of a family. Classes are well prepared and different everytime! I couldn't recommed joining more if I tried! 10/10

Ive been training with Lisa for the past 6 weeks and honestly she has changed my whole mindset to working out. I would never have normally dragged myself out of bed at 6.30am to go to the gym but Lisa makes you want to do that. She has an amazing energy and is great at really encouraging you to push yourself further. The weeks free pass is a great way to give it a go and will 100% have you wanting to sign up after!

I love attending classes at Thrive. I am a relatively active person but felt like the chain gym classes didnt push me enough. The classes at thrive max out at 10/12 people which means you feel like youre being corrected and actually taught. Cant recommend enough!!!!

My gym sadly closed in 2022 and I struggled to find another gym that I enjoyed attending. I signed up for 2 different 24hr well known gyms and found them to be square concrete blocks with no interaction. I had seen lots of social media stories sharing great experiences training with Lisa at Thrive and saw she was offering a week long free membership to try her classes out. Thrive did not disappoint! I like to work out early and before work and that was exactly what Lisa could offer. Women only classes ere what I opted for and no 2 classes are EVER the same. I opted for her strength classes because they lend themselves to my running. They are fun, relaxed and full of other individuals that return again and again so you make friends and never feel uncomfortable. She is super inviting and inclusive. I have a level of fitness but her classes are genuinely all inclusive and no one is made to feel that they have a different level of fitness to anyone else. Lisa is honestly the soundest PT I have ever come across and easily the best. She is genuinely interested in what your personal goals are despite training you in a class environment. I don't pay her as a PT but it feels like I do and I can't recommend Thrive and Lisa enough! Get in touch because she will make a difference to your fitness approach.
