Swindon Jobcentre

My visit to the Jobcentre was a very positive and pleasant experience, with helpful advisors that helped me complete my Universal Credit claim. Unfortunately, the entire claims process is let down by a incredibly flawed, automated telephone that makes it incredibly difficult to speak to a human being. Anyway, my visit today was surprisingly pleasant, with security guards that were helpful, polite and even helped me get seated by moving a chair for me (I'm disabled) as I sat down! 5 stars for the service today, it was a a real surprise.

job centre what can you say, the security guards could do with a bit of training on customer service. my first ever visit there had no idea where to go so asked one of them, just the tone of there voice was such that I was below them and how dare I speak to them. my personal job coach on the other hand was lovely, totally understanding that the current situation was out of my control due to redundancy (only my 5th) and because of health issues in recent years why I was no longer able to do certain types of work.

Shocking G4s staff memeber at door. More intrested in chatting up coustomers outside than serving the public. Very rude. Shame as other staff where helpfull.
