Went for a assessment I was there an hour talking about how I was feeling but came away feeling Id been patronised and I was told the councillor I was talking to was going on holiday but he would send me details of places I could get in touch with to talk on a one to one . He said hed call me to see how I was before discharging me but that was two months ago Ive heard nothing

Never want to help with anything. I've literally no idea why they even exist. Also keep hanging up phone.

Appalled at the lack of help they offered me when I went there in the middle of a mental breakdown I couldn't even look anybody in the eye I was made to wait for 15mins on my own while visabley extremely uncomfortable while work men walked around no.priviacy at all then when I seen the DR was told by him.they are not trained to help me and I need to get anti depressants as I seemed ABIT depressed I've probably killed myself by the time your reading this because when I finally braved it up to.reach out for the help I so desperately needed there wasn't any

Do not send your family here if they have mental health issues ..some of the staff are bad and lie about patients to make them look poorly ..etc if they can pretend I had psychosis based off me saying I was bein trolled without ever investigating it and I have full capacity and after 8 years fighting this had 1 of their drs come out who actually listened and investigated and seen I was telling the truth ,he is brilliant! Unlike the care liason he admitted theyd made a mistake, I am sane and he wants me discharged from the crisis team..the others are trying to cover it up as they know they're in trouble for misdiagnosis and medicating and insisting on continuing coming out..sayin they need to retake evidence, when they were tryna cover up their mistake -was telling me I could only get a key worker through early intervention team, to which he told them no , he can see I'm sane and to discharge me, he wants it reported to authorities yet the crisis team are trying to make out he made a mistake and I need their care still to cover up their mistakes and wanted to come out the following day with the lady who was here on the day the dr made that decision and in agreement in his prescience having seen my evidence to discharge me(cheyvonne) yet her and alex r going behind his back and not doing as hes asked...thankfully I would only see them at my home and recorded them so Ive managed to save myself including him saying to discharge me and her agreeing..imagine what they do to people who ain't got capacity ..while inside everytime I cried I was bein trolled they told me I was poorly without investigating or reporting it and said I wouldnt see my kids if I didnt take their meds..theyd agree to let me see my kids if I did as I was told..then the agreed day would come and theyd say I was still 2 poorly..naturally I'd get upset and decline socially to which theyd then allege I was ill..and kept my in 3 months instead of 2 weeks lying that I was hallucinating ..dont trust them..its also ur right to record ur meetings with drs if its regarding ur health or a vulnerable relative but they try tell u otherwise..I feel sorry for the good carers but honestly..if u have a loved one genuinely in need ..send them somewhere else
