The Coop Funeralcare Swindon and the other parties involved, made my late wifes funeral shambolic. The service was rushed, the key piece of music played for a few seconds only. The service was being recorded, their system crashed, the Celebrant asked us to stand by our seats, ensuring our words could not be heard clearly on the video. No apology from the Coop or any party involved. The young man from the Coop at the crematorium on the day was excellent, thats the only reason my review was not given 1 star.

From start to finish the team where supportive, helpful and professional. The care they took of my dad was amazing and they always made us feel welcome. The horse and carriage my dad had was just out of this world! It was exactly how I had pictured it in my mind. The horses where just stunning and calming we all said how much our dad wouldve loved them. The professionalism of the people who came with the horses was on point. I personally have a fear of horses, but they have made my fears go and I actually would like my own horse. Everything came out perfect everyone did us proud and I will forever be grateful for the staff for all their hard work. Thank you for making all this happen just as my dad wouldve wanted it. It was just perfect! Thank you again xxx

Perfect, professional, sensitive, empathetic, sincere. The experience I and my family received was beyond expected. During what is a tough time, they performed as expected and more. The team are friendly, responsive and very professional.
