Blackwells of Swindon

We decided to use Blackwells on the recomedations of others - they were absolutely amazing. So kind and compassionate. It s a fine balance to be dignified and respectful but at the same time not aloof or without humour Suzie got this exactly right. The costs were explained to us in detail both at the point of our first meeting and subsequently in writing so there were no hidden charges or surprises. They put forward partner providers (for example for flowers) but there is no hard sell. When we chose to work with our own provider they communicated well and were happy to be in touch with anyone we suggested. They were so professional on the day of the service and really did the family proud for my Dad's service. Not a thing out if place and all to the high standard you would expect from a professional service. My Mum has expressed a wish that we use them when her time comes, she says she is comforted by the fact things will be easy for us and she knows it will run smoothly. Please do not take notice of the other reviews I whole heartedly recomend Blackwells (Cheney Manor)

Very professional and compassionate service. We are based in Minety and so liaised with their Cricklade branch. Russel was extremely kind and helpful, very understanding and exactly who we needed at the most difficult time. All questions answered and explained in an easy fashion. We want to pass on our thanks to Russel and the Blackwells team for their great service after the death of my father. Thanks again, the Moore family.

I have to say that Susi and her team were excellent, everything went to plan, the empathy we were shown made a very difficult time easier (or as easy as it could be)

Thankyou all so much for the compassion you showed and help you gave me and my family when i lost my daughter. Your continued support has been of great comfort. You cried with us along the way as well as guided us in our grief and the awful decisions we had to make when we were in shock and unprepared. It wasnt a great situation to be in but I believe you made it as easy as it could be. Thankyou x
