WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EXISTENCE!!! Took my transit custom here in December just for a diagnosis read (takes 10-15mins)had this done many times before in other garages),3 months later still nothing had to pull it from there and in between all this being lied to etc. Most of the reception desk just blatantly lie to you and someone on reception desk said people have been sacked for this recently. Car parks full of non starting Fords and they can not get through them quick enough. When went to pick my van up was told was not only one and it seemed as though it was a daily routine of upset customers. Had a brand new Transit Custom MS-RT on order i have now cancelled that i will have nothing to do with Ford ever again will stick with Transporters a lot better van and customer service. Absolute poor service!!!

Van sent in for service, on hand over engine top cover missing, apparently apprentice was told to put this on, whos inspecting his work?? Sean Mullins should be as he was the mechanic shame on you, also engine oil and diesel from filter change everywhere. Sean dont disconnect my Dash cam with out reconnecting it you muppet, its a safety device. Better not using Allen Ford.

I purchased a van last year from the Allen Ford Transit Centre in Swindon. I was starting a new company, and buying a van was going to be a huge asset and was something I felt anxious about. Ben who is a Sales Executive was an absolute star from the begining and helped guide me through the buying process. His down to earth customer approach put me at ease; he was not a "pushy sales man" and was always at the end of the phone. Ben, along with his colleague bent over backwards to ensure I drove away with a great deal, and ultimately a very happy owner of a Transit Custom. It is very apparent that Ben has a genuine passion for his work and values his customers. 7 months down the road, my van is my pride and joy. Today I returned for a minor service where I waited for it to be carried out. There was a positive atmosphere within the Service Centre with great morale amongst the staff, who were pleasant and engaging with customers and kept me informed throughout, and the works were completed within a timely manner. Well done Team Swindon, I couldn't be happier with the Service you have provided!

Booked service for a warranty issue, dropped off at 8am. Promised a call with updates later in the day. Received no such call and when I arrived at 5:30pm to pick up vehicle was told they hadn't looked at it. I did notice they had managed to move it around their car park. Really disappointed, literally no point in taking bookings if you aren't going to honour them. Will be using a much more reliable local garage in the future, already do for other car and the prices are much more reasonable as well.
