Car is now in again as its been recalled, same issue with battery remains, all they are apparently doing is recharge my battery ahah! dropped it off at scheduled time, reception told me they would call me by 5 when its ready to be picked up. No call again. Called another 20 times, eventually got through at 5:40pm Only to be told it hasnt been looked at all because the parts arent in!!!! Sorry I will just get my crystal ball out and guess that you havent looked at it! And go without a car over the weekend. Apparently parts will not be in tomorrow either. Brilliant. I cant collect the car so they offered delivery, fine by me as long as it is actually being delivered tomorrow! So we will see. But fed up with service department at Allen Ford Swindon! No communication between teams at all! Didnt think of telling me parts werent in when I actually dropped car off! Wont be seeing me back at Ford after this. Im not the only one fed up with the service department, a lot of other people who have been to Ford have had similar experiences. Clearly not enough staff in reception and no communication skills at all!! Oh I have also emailed some sort of manager who reception gave me an email for, to complain the first time round for the crappiest service I have ever had with Ford not had a response at all, its been a few months
