Asked to pay a non-refundable 600 upfront on a mortgage application. The application wasnt successful, so that money is now lost. Felt that a lot of the advice given was purely to benefit the advisor and not in my interests. Over 1,500 gone that I cannot afford to lose gone through unethical business practices.
