Went there today with a group, absolutely great staff, definitely keep them, was very helpful and for sure learning to overcome my fears of heights with this parc course.

When I booked this for our 2 grandchildren I thought it was quite expensive. But they had a brilliant time for over 2 hours, very safe and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would certainly recommend this.

Health and safety nightmare. The latch for the barrel zip-wire did not work when we went. No prior notice. Pushed barrel up, child attaches to it while I was still pushing it up. The latch didn't close so barrel went down with the 7yo dangling attached to it with while trying to stop it holding on to the wire which nealry burnt his hands. When I told the staff about it I was told, yes we know we're waiting for a new spring. We'll fix it. Why is that course not closed if that is a known issue? I was asked if I waned something cold for the child's hands. Nothing else. They did send staff there to help people after I talked to them.
