I put 1 star as I didnt have the the option to put 0 stars. Me and my friends and the kids went for lunch yesterday. It was an awful experience. We were told it was half hour wait for food,we was waiting over 45 mins and the adults food came out before the kids food so the kids had to watch us eat. And my friend and her kids food didnt come out till we all had eaten and was asking for a refund for my friends food then finally her food came out. We was already leaving the building. The kids food option wasnt the best and the burger came out rock solid/stale. Adults food was so disappointing. The management is absolutely dreadful. I would never go back not even if it was all for free or someone was paying me to go and eat. Dont bother or waste your money . What els I thought was crazy is that they was handing out kids colouring paper but had no crayons/pencils to use so they had a paper to just stare at whilst watching us eat our food.
