If I could have given no stars I definitely would have. I booked in for a regular ironing service, collection from my house and delivered back. When the driver turned up to collect and requested that I remove it from the laundry basket and put it in black bin liners, I should have gone with my gut instinct and said "please cancel". I called the shop and asked when it would be delivered back I was told next Tuesday - I was disappointed but thought okay I can live with that. Tuesday came and there was no sign of my laundry, so I called the shop at 14.30hrs and the lady advised me the new driver had gotten lost and was now on the other side of London with my laundry, the next breathe she said it would take her a couple of hours to get back from Reading with it, to say I was shocked was an understatement, just left standing there with my mouth open - Reading is 50 mins away, so how the driver had gotten lost in Reading and then ended up on the other side of London is beyond me! I visited the shop on Wednesday to collect my ironing which on first glance was folded and ironed poorly in see through plastic, I asked where all the shirts were as I assumed they'd been hung and she said "folded in there".... When I arrived home and took the clothes out of the plastic, I genuinely wondered if the iron had even been on!!! All my daughters school shirts, work blouses, dresses were folded poorly and were more creased then when they originally left my house, needless to say I have had to iron it all again. The worst ironing service and customer care I have ever come across... I usually only ever leave good reviews and leave the bad reviews down to just a bad experience but if I can save just one person from using this poor service, save their time and save their money then my bad experience would have been worth it!
