I was very nervous yesterday having 2 . teeth out. Should not have worried as Chris the dentist put me at ease straight away . Excellent care

been stressed for months and seen many dentists for a solution to a knocked out tooth..one short visit to dentist Michael and good solid advice seems I had no need to worry so much because what I had already had done was fine and no need to keep worrying because easy solution to my problem..very big thank you to Michael I can now go and enjoy my booked holiday..

Visited today for an emergency appointment with Michael to look at a painful damaged tooth. I mentioned to begin with that I was rather nervous and hadnt stepped foot in a dentists for a good ten years because of this. Michael talked me through everything as he was doing it, the tooth was extracted and I came away feeling positive about the whole experience. Despite it being an emergency appointment to look at the damaged tooth Michael had a quick look around the rest of my teeth and advised I have other issues which I will be definitely returning to have sorted in the near future! All in all a great experience, if you are a nervous patient I would 100% recommend Smiles Centre!

Rang to get an emergency app for mother in law, was not explained the charges & was charged nearly 300 to get a tooth removed. Spoke to the manager, but pointless as they had already taken her . Was told they would take a deposit if 40 & tooth extraction would be 93. Really unimpressed with the attitude when queried. Staff training required & stop ripping innocent people off
