Abysmal, an absolute shambles, Booked me an appointment on the 27th December 2022, went to appointment were not open: 2nd appointment 17th April, no record when I got there, book me for 18th April to tell me in the morning the dentist had rung in sick, made appointment with another dentist for later that afternoon, to have them ring me to say he didn't want to see me unless I went private, have now made me another appointment for may, Wouldnt even go private there with their stinking attitude towards the client, Now have appointment with my old Dentist privately, wouldnt give them a bean, ADVOID at all cost literally!

Dentalcare has always taken great care of me and my family. Dr Shah is fabulous and take the time to explain her recommendations. She was accomodating when booking didnt go according to plan. Nicola on the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help with mine and my sons appointments. I cant thank the team enough for their exceptional service.

Booked my appointment in November 2022 it was cancelled 2 hours before I was due to arrive day off work wasted, was told I would be rebooked in Jan cancelled again 2 hours before I was due to arrive rebooked for Feb yes you guessed it cancelled 2 hours before I was due to arrive was offered a Saturday appointment as I was fed up with taking half days off work surprise surprise cancelled again 2 hours before I was due to attend 3 times the excuse was the dentist was ill and the last time I was booked with the wrong dentist! Absolute shambles of a dentist practice communication rubbish customer service non existent avoid at all costs because you will never get to see a dentist unless you use their private practice

I rated it 5* six years ago. Now, apparently, it went all the way down to one. My daughter called today just to find that they kicked her (and all our family members, too) out because of "no show in the last two years" (as if they never closed in 2020 and lived in the world without Covid-19 altogether!) Needless to say they never tried to contact us, except in early 2020 to tell us they're closed because of Covid... Anyway, now there aren't any open slots, so they just wished us all a happy new year *face-palm*

Booked an urgent appointment and was cancelled by email the night before. Rang practice many times, waited on hold for up to 25 mins and didnt get through, when I finally did a few weeks later was given an appt 3 months ahead. This appt cancelled by email 2 weeks later.
