Website says welcomes new NHS patients. I waited 20 mind on phone to be told there is no space!! Update your website

They are asking patients to pay 85 to keep the teeth hygiene. I was been told that my teeth needs clean but its not covered. But when I contacted nhs they said its covered. They keep on taking NHS name and excuses for not treating patients on NHS but same treatment they recommend privately from them.

I have been with Eurodental for over 20 yrs and have always been satisfied. Admittedly there can be a wait for routine check ups but the receptionists always offer to book them in while there. I have found them brilliant on the few occasions where we have needed to see them urgently, always getting me or my child in within 24hrs. Before coming here I was petrified of dentists but Ben has always been so reassuring that it is no longer a worry.

Becareful with this surgery. They cancelled our appointments on numerous occasions due to covid and refused to see us when we were covid free but ill and then kick you of the list as we haven't been seen in a year. Can't be seen when you cancel and refuse to see us.
