My appointment was with Mrs Shridevi Nair who was very kind and caring. I have finished breast cancer treatment and finally I can have my dental work done. I was really impressed with Mrs. Nair's knowledge of the treatment I had undergone and its effects on my teeth and gums. We got a plan together and I left feeling 100% confident. The end of breast cancer treatment is something to smile about and I know my smile will be beautiful with Euro Dental.

"New patients are always welcome at any of our two convenient locations in Swindon and are encouraged to have a look around our website and read testimonials from existing patients to get a feel for who we are and how we can help you feel great about your smile!" Quoted direct from the website but when I ring, the receptionist who sounds very uninterested and unwelcoming say they are not accepting new patients. I think you should update your website to be a bit more honest.

Receptionist are lovely, but the dentist (can't remember what her name is) clearly could see I had an infection and sent me on my way telling me 'it'll go away on its own' a very painful and agonising few days later I ended up in an emergency dental appointment having my tooth drained from an abscess. I don't trust her in the slightest anymore, who sends someone away with an infection and doesn't help is beyond me. Even the dental nurse at the emergency appointment said how much pain I must of been in with the pressure it had, and how much came out. Absolutely appalling really. I've asked for a new dentist but some Receptionists don't seem happy about this, but I used to not mind the dentist and now I hate the thought of having to go but my teeth are awful and need sorting.

Bad experience. When I asked the doctor if he was going to do anything, he replied... Well, you only have 10 minutes and I'm already late. Why I paid 60 pounds and I don't know. I asked to have a tooth cleaned and a temporary filling put in, and he just took the cotton out, looked at it, and put it back. I am disappointed.
