        Did my 4th session today, always love every time I come as each time I feel getting stronger and the team always come up with great routines to suit all levels! Especially for me who has literally no upper body strength seeing progress already each time! Always cant wait for my next session thank you

        Omg love love love! Absolutely adored the huge live event Emilys pole FItness put on at the Mecca Bingo Hall recently! And the new studio just around the corner in the town centre is amazing! The classes are fantastic! Emily is a fantastic instructor! The atmosphere is Inclusive 8 supportive and the level of care is second to none! As a member of the LGBTQ+ community this is also a fabulous safe space!
