Disgusting response from dpd depot staff and there is no proper way of delivery..only because we didnt see their text message and the driver coudnt see us on the door, we missed the parcel thrice..why we cannt change the delivery time!! Why we cannot change other delivery options other than day?!! I wont suggest DPD..

Driver did not even attempt to deliver the parcel which was required today. No call to notify me, no buzz at my apartment and not left at the parcel locker that was literally on the address. I was in all day and received a "Sorry we missed you" text, which I immediately clicked the link to arrange with the customer service a delivery time however they were of no help. Would not pass me through to anyone else and closed the chat interface while I was still talking. Terrible delivery service and terrible customer service.
