Asked for it to go to the depot and Ill collect the following day.
They try to redeliver, nobody was home. I get a text itll be retried today. Its not being retried, but cant collect today have to collect tomorrow.
Its an automated number, no advisors so its useless. Tried messaging on Facebook (4hour response apparently, try 2 days)
I need my parcel for tomorrow but because of DHL being useless my work item is going to be returned!
