        Lovely looking corner suite in showroom. Unfortunately had to pay 500 to get proper upholstery in seats and all of the arm rests have dents in, definitely not solid wood! Complained, they sent a person out to check, Unfortunately not helpful.

        The sofa is defective but out of the 1 year warrenty. The structure has failed. I reported it online but the comapany did not contact me. I contacted today and told them about the issue and explained my statutory rights but was told I have to sort the problem myself. I have so far paid a 60 call out charge and will recover this and the rest of the costs through money claim online which will result in a county court judgement against the company. This is as a result of a poorly made product and poor customer service.
