This will be the second occasion that I have used Keith to carry out work and on both occasions has proved, reliable and professional,easy to deal with and accommodating, highly recommended.

Keith and his team have made every effort to go out of their way for us with our loft conversion. We had been recommended them from friends of ours and we have been so pleased with that choice. There was a reassuring period to wait as they are so good they were booked up for a bit. Time ticked by and then boom. Suddenly the scaffolding was up and soon it was all guns blazing. Through the hottest weather we have had they just cracked on with such speed but also precision and skill. Always polite, fun and kept everything tidy at the end of each day. It has been a genuine pleasure having them come and work for us and seeing how quickly our house was transforming. Keith was always on hand to project manage where required and any issues he would diligently work on solutions. We still have painting and flooring to do but we are thrilled with the end result. Having a clear plan of expenses along the way was also a bonus as you knew where you were at all points. We would highly recommend their services.

I can't rate Keith and his team highly enough. From planning and design,to the build and completion I was kept informed at every stage of the works. A thoroughly professional service by trusted tradesmen who were an absolute pleasure to welcome into my home. Minimal disruption to the family, a speedy, but thorough job and everything left neat and tidy afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble and I've been left with a high quality finish that not only provides us with additional, functional space, but that enhances our home and makes us smile every time we pop upstairs!

OK until things go wrong,when they where building we had a water leak from a radiator to the living room ceiling, did not repair the cracks and water stains.In 5 years they have been called out three times, the fan in the en-suit was letting in water from out side twice and the toilet developed a cracked pipe but they insisted it was the shower that we where not using,it cost me a fortune to put this right as i had to repair a ceiling that had a huge hole in it as it was leaking fo 3 weeks as this is what I was told to do from them.
