Bought equipment which was faulty . Returned to shop within 20 mins . Same staff on duty , at first couldnt find receipt so they refused to refund without proof of purchase . Despite seeing and remembering us purchase it 20 mins earlier. gave some lame excuse about the accounts department , But then offered to sell us something about 1/4 of the spec as the faulty one , but only 5 less ? Eventually found receipt and got full refund . Lucky escape .
