The most disgusting Costa Ive seen. Hygiene and cleanliness is sickening. Furniture looks like its been left out in the rain for years. Theres uncleaned drink spills and stains all over the chairs, and the tables have eroded. Such a busy place in the middle of the outlet should have some decent and clean furniture for people to sit on. Im sure theyre making enough money selling crushed ice with milk for 4 to afford some proper tables unlike the wonky and lopsided ones they have. Other customers trays and cups are left out for hours before someone comes and cleans it up. What surprises me is that they have only two staff working on a Saturday, one at the till and one at the drinks. Service is so unbelievably slow and carefree. Heres some advice: invest in some proper furniture and get some LEATHER chairs, not COTTON, because you cant clean spills and dirt from cotton. Its not hygienic either.

Very Rude person serving behind the till her name Grace, not happy and refusing adding more milk to my coffee, shaking her head with unhappy gestures, I am regular Costa user unfortunately I must say this Costa in Swindon Outlet is the worst ever I ever seen I hope head office could standardised the standard almost she is giving me a coffee from her own store
