Eat Well

So impressed with Eatwell. We have ordered from them many times and love it. Speedy delivery. Food tastes so nice and good portions. Our favourites are the Eatwell special fried rice, curry sauce and smoked shredded chicken. Friendly staff, always happy with service.

Never ever had a bad chinese from here in over 5 years or so! Always great food, piping hot, well priced and deliverd within the hour everytime

Well we order from eat well most Saturday evenings I'm talking about at leased 10 of us get things wrong leave things out ordered last night 18th March was so cross with them even ask what they was going to about it refunded one meal back and delivered another meal but its to late then will not be ordering again

Pot of sauce given with the order had about half a teaspoon of sauce in it. Not sure which dish the sauce is to go with. Food is ok quality. The Singapore Beef Vermicelli had a lot of vegetables in it, more than the beef and a lot of carrots (likely more carrots than beef) and also some onions and green peppers. Enough carrots/veg to change the taste of the dish from what its meant to be. The cashier addressed me by some other person's name when I arrived to collect the order, without me saying anything yet. I said no that's not me. She then proceeded to read out the order slip in her hand which was actually my order but did not bother clarifying my name - so not very welcoming, just doing the business. She must have my name saved wrong from a previous order against my phone number. She did not ask my name on the phone call when I made the order, as far as I remember. Also, when I called to order, she asked me to hold as soon as she picked the phone up and I had a long wait listening to her taking the instore customer's order first in the background. Not a welcoming customer experience and food is kind of ok.
