        I arrived last Friday at 10 when they said they would be open and it was closed, no signs to say why , total waste of my time.

        Really polite but having asked us to prolong our shopping trip so it could be cleaned they still werent done when we got back 2.5 hours after we dropped it off. And there was rubbish and dirt still in the car. Cobwebs on the wing mirrors still and some of the paint work on the car had come off. Stay away!

        Went to outlet for shopping on Saturday, saw All-American car wash on the way back. While looking at the prices, one staff member interacted us. Friendly, explained the process and handed a leaflet. Next day, called the number on Swindon branch to book a appointment for Monday. Person on the phone suggested to call later in the evening to book. Odd reaction, agreed and hang up. Called back in the afternoon to book appointment and the person replies, sorry, no slots left.
