I have had my car now 3 days which was handed over to me buy Jake who took over from the last MG Motability rep. Jake was very helpful even when I got frustrated and handled everything in a very professional manner he was very knowledgeable and this made for a very pleasant hand over of my old car and receiving my new MG ZS Ev Long range he helped with getting my MG iSMART connection and getting me set out on my way. The best part was while waiting for my car Jake introduced himself to me as the new Motability rep taking over and said he would call me with updates on the progress but I asked him to just continue to contact me via E-Mail to make his life easier and he did this very regularly and I feel that he is very accommodating towards his customers. Great job done Jake thank you for all your help and my new MG. Thank you Douglas Lane

Amazing service from Jake and the manager Michelle. Michelle took her time to go through all of the options for us and we decided on a ZS petrol. She listened to what we had said we had needed in a car and gave us a fantastic deal and sorted it for us so that we could drive away the same day. Weve had bad experiences with car garages before but we couldnt have felt more looked after and listened to here. Jake spent the time to go through the car with me to ensure I knew how everything worked and was happy and he even went to the effort to polish out a small mark for me to save time before we left. We couldnt recommend them enough and we certainly felt happy driving away in our new car. Thank you so much to you both for all of your help and a great service!
