Very good experience with Novo Auto! Our car was in great condition, the service was excellent, even offering to fix a minor detail on the car for free of charge, it's clear they care greatly about their customers, highly highly recommend!

Without a doubt the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Adis and the team were amazing from start to finish, and were ever so helpful in answering my questions. Being from wales and buying from a dealership far away is always a risk, but theres no risk with this company. From start to finish, I received great communication, a video walkthrough of the car and amazing customer service. Thank you so much Novo Auto! To all customers who want to buy a car - buy one from here. If the car of your dreams is not yet for sale at Novo Auto, then wait - you wouldnt want to buy a car from anyone else! I bought a car from Novo Auto Ltd recently and I could not recommend them more than I have, the service and communication from Adis was fantastic and he ensured the process went as smooth as possible. These are really unbeatable prices and the car was delivered as it was described. I live quite far from the dealership, so if you do too do not worry about the distance! The team at Novo will look after you no matter where you are in the UK. Thanks again Adis for all your help, youve been great and I look forward to dealing with you again.
