        I went into the branch to report a lost card and was told a new one had been ordered and that it would be with me in 3-5 working days. After 10 days i went back into the branch and was told it was in the post and would be with me soon. I waited some time then decided to ring the call centre which then i was told the card was never ordered in the first place!

        Got helped in the end but at first found myself going from pillar to post. However I think the branch is ok if you are going in for general banking needs.
