        Oh dear, my experience was not good. I requested a 49 survey and received less than 100 words in return, most of which were about why I should spend a further 325 on more investigations. Emerald refused to answer any follow up questions including the condition of the outside wall, pictures and even whether the 325 included VAT. On that basis I cannot recommend Emerald and will be going elsewhere for all future work. Really disappointing.

        We recently used Emerald damp specialist and had to rate them 5*! They sent their surveyor Jeff out the very next day, he was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly, we had the job completed within 12 days. John and his team kept me updated from the minute I made the first call until completion. The workmanship is 5* too so thank you all. Well done Emerald.
