Good quality materials and a friendly delivery driver. (two stars) Warning: Don't make verbal agreements regarding out-of-stock items and replacements. I was advised a certain item was out-of-stock and was informed it would be replaced with a different item and Buildbase would cover the small extra cost (good customer service) as the item length was longer than my original order. On the delivery day this was changed and fewer quantity was delivered to soak up the length difference. I rang to discuss the matter and I was argued with rather rudely, even though I stated my case in a friendly manner. This resulted in me the customer actually receiving less timber over all. 14 lengths of decking at 4.2m = 58.8m 12 length of decking at 4.8 m = 57.6 I ordered 14 @ 4.2 but received 12 @ 4.8. That's a 1.2m reduction in timber at the same cost.
