Went here for the first time ever today to buy some ready mix mortar. Walked into reception and told them what I wanted. Was told to go to the warehouse which I did. The man didnt know the difference between mortar and post Crete. I had to find the mortar myself and loaded into my car and then went to return to reception to pay. However I was asked for a ticket? I didnt know I needed a ticket. I was quite frustrated at this point and the lady managed to bill me without a ticket for the products I had taken. Really poor experience because I wasnt given an guidance on how I was able to purchase their products. Staff seemed disinterested. Its a shame as it looks like they have a lot on offer that would be useful if their staff could be asked to explain how you can actually buy anything!!!!????
