        James and Sean from New home surveying came to snag our 2 bed house in Malmesbury and have so say they were both fantastic! Initially I didnt think this survey was necessary but Im so glad I changed my mind. There were so many faults and issues found which are soon to be rectified. This has now given me peace of mind. Exceptional service and would definitely recommend.

        The guys came out and provided a fantastic service, an in-depth report and highlighted things we would of never seen! They have agreed to continue working with us and the developers to get the issues resolved and were very informative with their findings. We will recommend them to all our friends on new builds and would like to thank them for a great service.

        Leading up to our end of warranty period with some concerns over our property we got in touch with James and sean. I only wish we had done it sooner. They were amazing. Professional and explained everything throughout their time at our property. We identified a number of major defects and will be putting these back to our builder. Highly recommend
