The Bridal Boutique

Awful experience when purchasing my wedding dress. It caused so much stress and upset days before the wedding - to the extent that I was worried I would not have a dress the week before the wedding. Please be wary and read all reviews before making a commitment and signing the contract. It was a completely different experience once the money had been transferred. I have never had to write a negative review for any other company or supplier but feel that others need to be aware that I would not recommend Bridal Boutique, Swindon to anybody. Unprofessionalism, which is evident in the replies to previous reviews, untrustworthy and inconsiderate staff.

I was a little apprehensive from reading some of the views about looking here for my wedding dress, but my experience was nothing like some of the reviews I have read. I was looked after amazingly by sherrel ( sorry if that's not spelt correctly) ,who was also very patient with me as I was a little overwhelmed and tried on 7 Dresses. ( like a kid in a candy shop) The atmosphere in the shop was lovely, the staff were helpful and friendly, although I still haven't chosen my dress yet. I will definitely visit again later in the year. 5 stars from me.

My first day of wedding shopping included a day in Swindon. We happened upon Bridal Boutique as we parked up nearby and after a disappointing experience at Wed2Be, we phoned the shop to ask if we could come in. Cherelle, the lovely staff member, welcomed us in and after some chatting moved a few things around to accommodate a bridal appointment to try on dresses. Cherelle was so supportive and calming, she treated me so wonderfully and made me feel very welcomed and special as a bride. We tried on 3-4 dresses and each time I was delighted with how they were fit on me and the entire experience in general! I did find a dress I loved, and we will be returning with my mother to re try the dress on soon. I couldnt recommend Cherelle enough, I would definitely ask for her on any appointment. She was fabulous and a credit to the store. Thank you Cherelle for taking such care of me and my bridal party.

Unprofessional, rude and nasty people. Left my wife in tears days before the wedding. You don't deserve a full reply. "Nice people" until money has been paid..

Jane and the team were amazing, they gave me a lot of options and in the end helped me choose my dream wedding dress! I recommend this place a lot, they are amazing!
