        Dave, your engineer arrived at the specified time and carried out the service on our water softener. As usual, the service was carried out in a professional way, with helpful advice on the workings of the softener. Thanks to you and your team.

        BWT Terrible customer service, very badly organised company. Broken machine left on site without being fixed. I would not recommend using them have delivered water after contact was cancelled, would not put it back in van and take away at the time. They have not returned 3 weeks later to collect coolers and water which are are taking a lot of space in our warehouse. I am writing this review while sat on the phone waiting for them to take my call!! I am not impressed by the time they have wasted.
