        Told by others issue with blinds likely not to be able to be repairable and it was repaired in a short few minutes for a small charge. Honest, friendly and professional.

        I have been trying to get someone to come to my house and measure up for new blinds. No one seems to want to respond. They obviously dont want/need the business. Very unprofessional.

        Went into the shop looking for venetian blinds. We were shown a range of types and colours. We chose the colour and style we wanted. We then we arranged for the estimator to call and measure and she came, measured, advised and quoted a price we were happy with. We paid a deposit at that time. The fitter came to install at the agreed date and time. He fitted them with no fuss or bother, done in very good time. Paid the balance. Thank you and goodbye. What a brilliant experience.... EVERYONE we came in contact with was proffessional, helpful, informative and advice given. And on top of all that..... THEY LOOK BRILLIANT. Thankyou charisma VERY happy to reccomend.
