They say they will repair such things for free before we make a purchase but after purchase if we go to them for any small service they charge us and the lady attendant was kind of rude when asked why a charge when it has to be free as they already charged 6 days back for the repairs.
Like for example I bought two cycles from them. The second one had air leak issues. I was charged the first time and the air leak is not resolved and I had to pay again.
Finally its better to purchase a new one upfront rather than buying old cycles and spending lot on repairs.
Giving two stars as the male attendant at least showed some professional behaviour while asking to pay. But the female attendant is rude.
