        Prescription sent as requested 11th April. Went to collect 17th but issues with their infrastructure and told to come back next day. Still not working and prescription required for tomorrow. No direct advice apart from ring 111 or GP. Not very helpful. GP was great unlike the non existent customer service at boots pharmacy.
