The women that work here are so rude and unfriendly, one woman kept pushing passed me to add things to the shelf while I was trying to browse and overall made me feel uncomfortable while I was browsing by standing there and watching me. No smiles or friendly greetings from any of the staff, overall uncomfortable and unfriendly experience.

Very lovely shop my friend got a gift for his mum there and the staff were fabulous especially the woman with the prising on her face.

I'm a 35 year old man who has recently started painting my nails I have purchased 6 different colours in the last week, I like the reasonable prices of the items and the good quality On 12/8/2022 I was doing what I usually do and looking at the liquid on the inside when I was abruptly told " you can't open that" I responded by saying "oh sorry I've just purchased a few from you before" (I then flashed my nails) "the colour on the outside doesn't always match what" before I could finish she said " that's what these are for" and showed me the some nail samples, I responded by saying " I don't really know how to use those" so the lady started going through them for about a minute while I stood there awkwardly and when she had gone though them 3 or 4 times to find the nail varnish in my hand she said "there, it's that one" I then said " oh ok thank you, I did already know I wanted it from opening the bottle" I then walked over to the till as I walked away I overheard her talking about me moaning to her college and after she finished doing that she joined me at the till and I paid The interaction at the till was polite and plesent enough I was unaware I couldn't look at the nail varnish on the inside and completely understand that policy but I didn't appreciate the way I was spoken to The lady who served me I believe was called dawn as that's what is says on the receipt
