I was nervous about having the treatment but decided to take a leap of faith, and boy am I glad I did. I LOVE my eyebrows. Nay was fantastic, she made me feel really comfortable and spent a long time explaining everything and answering my questions. Throughout the treatment I was impressed by Nay's professionalism and attention to detail: she is definitely a perfectionist which, let's be honest, is what you want when someone is making changes to your face. After the treatment Nay explained in detail about aftercare, and I left her beauty room feeling confident and relaxed. Great experience overall and great results, if I may say so myself!
