        Steph and the beauty boutique is a gem of Swindon Beauty Care! I found Steph two years ago and every time I visit is just a moment of pure relaxation and pampering! Steph cares about her clients and is happy to spend time discussing her process and giving advise to aid any issues you might have. Her salon is clean and always warm and welcoming. I cant wait to start my Caci treatment soon and return to BB for my regular treatments. Thank you Steph! Services: Lash lift, Eyebrow shaping, Eyebrow threading, Brazilian waxing, Body waxing

        I have been attending Steph at Beauty Boutique for over 20 years and I amazed at the last google review ,which does not reflect the business at all. Steph is a professional business woman who provides excellent services within her salon. As clearly stated in the salon policies, a penalty is in place for any clients who do not attend. Businesses continue to offer services at all times of the year, despite the weather as the owner has to make an income to cover all overheads. I would recommend Beauty Boutique to anyone and I am pleased I found Steph many years ago. Services: Body waxing, Pedicure

        After 4 years of monthly appointments, never missing one, on the hottest day ever recorded in the UK I was feeling unwell and unfortunately I could not keep my appointment. On the BB website it states that a 50% charge will be made for missed appointments. 12 minutes after my appointment time I received a text message requesting that I pay the full amount of the proposed treatment. After my apologies and an explanation of why I was unable to attend for her services I was told that I must pay the full amount of 60, in contradiction to the Beauty Boutique terms and conditions. After six dunning text messages within eleven hours, the last one being at 20.43, I informed Stephanie Drewett that I would be unable to keep any further appointments. This is a sad ending of a four year relationship caused by an inflexible reaction to an unavoidable event.
