        Checked online and it clearly states No appointment needed on Mondays,Tuesdays,Wednesdays... Turn up and got told "No appointments No service" someone needs to read their own website or update it. Only wanted a trim but won't waste my time to come back again. Always used these before covid and walk in was never an issue before... They weren't busy either which made it more ridiculous... In response to the owners comment. Walk in is usually the principal of passing and seeing a barber shop where you walk in and get your hair cut when passing. A walk in appointment is different how? I didn't need a 30 minute appointment hence why I didn't book. I'm not aware of any other barbers who have this system it seems like you'll lose business to me....

        Excellent service, very friendly and professional. The only reason my SEND son can get his haircut is because of Heidi. She has taken the time, care and effort to build trust with my son, enabling him to have stress free hair cuts.
