What a waste of time and money! Parts never came in on the days stated (I'm glad I kept calling because that would have been more wasted journeys!) Then I Called third time lucky - told yes part have arrived - get to store - parts not there! Absolute shambles And NOT the cheapest place in Swindon!

One person at the counter and 20 customer on the queue. I had ordered online and waited at the for almost an hour for my turn. Then I found out that my order wasn't ready and had to go back again some point in the future. No estimated date, nothing they could do apparently. I suggest everyone to look for alternative stores rather than euro carparts swindon.

Queue time is ridiculous only 1 person on the counter was stood there nearly 45mins while loads of staff are out back and just lounging around not doing much

One person at the counter and 20 customer on the queue. I had ordered online and waited at the for almost an hour for my turn. Then I found out that my order wasn't ready and had to go back again some point in the future. No estimated date, nothing they could do apparently.
