        Delivery in 3 business days or they will notify you? It's now the 5th business day and the carriers haven't even got the goods yet. No explanation either. It's only a pair of wiper blades - it's not exactly rare!

        Not a great experience but not entirely Kia Parts Direct fault small item was eventually shipped, but DHL wont issue the claim code.. No way to contact Kia Parts Direct to try and sort the issue out, as they have no advertised phone number or email address, and DHL wont respond to my emails. Thankfully, paid for the item on Credit card, so it looks like Ill have no choice but to go down a chargeback option.
