Aperio were involved from the beginning of our project to ensure that all options with other trades were incorporated into the final design of our new build. We were no overs sold anything we didn't require and met our brief exactly. At all stages the AV and lighting was installed and programmed without fuss and I would have no problem in recommending Aperio for anyone considering installing AV.

After many years of waiting when I finally was able to have my own cinema room, Chris and his team at Aperio were simply amazing. From expert advice on what specifications would work with the room size to how best to spend my budget spread out between projector, amplifier, speakers and the all important processor. I ended up with something that blows me away every time I use it. One of the best things is listening to music on the system, replicated as close as possible to the original recording. It is so much more than for just watching films. Chris literally worked from dawn to dusk to get the room finished by the deadline and I am more than happy to recommend him to anybody wanting a home audio/visual solution. I also find myself showing it off to anybody who comes close, one friend himself a bit of an audiophile with a Bang & Olufsen set up, upon hearing it said it blew his system out of the water! Aperio AV I would sum up as professional, expert and friendly.

Exceptional service by Chris. He listened to my requirements and understood exactly what I required. The end result was what I expected, a top end install matching my initial brief to the letter. Highly recommended and I will certainly use again. Updated following a recent lightening incident (Aug 2020). The power protection that Chris recommended did the job however, the router suffered damage. We can only imagine via the phone line as the router still powers up. The end result being that the WiFi, in laymans terms was broken. There is no back up as the property is in a mobile black spot therefore modern communication methods were rendered useless. Chris, to his absolute credit, managed to resolve the issue within hours. A replacement router was provided and all services were resumed. I guess that the moral to this post is that you get what you pay for and Im so happy that I did, so thank you.
